[BUG] Session history lost after restarting Windows

What's Wrong?

Title: Session history lost after restarting Windows

Describe the bug

All previous chat sessions disappeared after restarting Windows 11. The left sidebar under the project only shows the current session; all historical sessions are gone and cannot be recovered.

To reproduce

Open Claude Code desktop app on Windows 11
Have multiple chat sessions under a project
Restart the computer
Reopen Claude Code — all previous sessions are missing
Expected behavior

Session history should persist across computer restarts.

What Should Happen?

Session history should persist across computer restarts and be visible in the left sidebar.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Claude Code desktop app on Windows
2. Start multiple chat sessions under a project
3. Restart the computer
4. Reopen Claude Code
5. All previous sessions are gone from the left sidebar
