[Bug] Rate limit reached during dynamic workflow; /usage command lacks detailed rate limit information

Bug Description
동적 워크플로우 진행 중에서 리밋에 도달했고 2:00 pm 5시간 초기화 되고 , 결과 종합해달라는 프롬프트 한번에 다시 5시간 limit에 도달함. /usage 로 확인해도 자세한 내용은 알기 어려움
