[Feature Request] Claude Fable 5 lacks detailed output and live tool testing compared to Opus

Bug Description
fable 5 model does not leave detailed output on changes its making in prod having to watch it and promt after refactoring entire codebase it did no live testing of the 30+ tools where as opus would do this model does not seem as reboust of opus from first look
