[BUG] Claude Code 2.1.170 — all sessions return no_response immediately on Windows 11, query iterator completes in 0s

At this point we've exhausted everything that can be done from your end. This is a 2.1.170 bug and you need Anthropic to either fix it or give you a way to downgrade.
