[BUG] Claude Code often freezes immediately after I press return on a request

What's Wrong?

Claude Code Desktop application (Windows 10) quite often crashes after I press return on a request and has to be End Tasked in the Task manager.
I then restart the desktop app and the request re-entered. Claude Code doesn't appear to crash on the first request after a restart

What Should Happen?

Claude Shouldn't freeze

Just use Claude Code, eventually he becomes unresponsive and requires End Tasking
