[Bug] Terminal display corruption in WSL requiring window resize to recover

Bug Description
Starting today (06/15) my Claude Code sessions in WSL (Windows Terminal) get "messed up", where resizing the Window mostly addresses the issue for a period of time. This has happened more than 5 times today and never before this. I am on the latest Claude Code release and no Windows updates or other relevant changes that I am aware of. Rebooting the laptop did not address the problem.
