Unable to install any connector in claude desktop

What's Wrong?

When I try to install a connector for example pdf-viewer and click the install button it comes back with this screen:

And when I go back it's not installed, I tried this with several connectors, all the same result.
I uninstalled claude desktop and installed it again, I started the desktop version with elevated permissions.

I tried all this:
Restart the app
Restart Windows
Uninstalled app
reinstalled app
Try install from Settings instead
Clear app data and restart
Check for Windows updates
Check Windows Firewall / Antivirus

What Should Happen?

Install connector

Error Messages/Logs

No not any message just nothing
