Missing File menu in Claude Desktop 0.12.125

Bug Report

Environment:

• Claude Desktop version: 0.12.125
• OS: Windows 11
• Platform: Desktop application

Issue:
The File menu is completely missing from the Claude Desktop interface in version 0.12.125.

Expected behavior:
File menu should be visible in the application interface, typically containing options like New, Open, Save, etc.

Actual behavior:
File menu is not visible anywhere in the interface. Only the bottom action buttons (Code, Learn, Write, Life stuff) are present.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install Claude Desktop 0.12.125
2. Launch the application
3. Observe the interface - File menu is missing

Additional context:
The issue persists after reinstallation. Previous versions may have had the File menu visible.

Impact:
Users cannot access file-related operations through the standard menu interface.
