[BUG] AskUserQuestion panel covers the session -- can't read the context needed to answer it (Epitaxy desktop)

When Claude asks a question via the question panel, the panel expands to cover most of the session window. The problem: to answer the question meaningfully I often need to scroll up and re-read the context that prompted it (the diff, the options Claude laid out, the file it's referring to). But while the panel is up, that context is hidden behind it.

The only ways to get the context back are Stop or Skip, and Skip is effectively "I don't care" -- it abandons the question instead of pausing it. So there's no way to read what I need in order to give a real answer. The workflow forces a choice between answering blind or throwing the question away.

What's missing is a minimize/collapse button on the question panel: temporarily fold it down to a small bar so I can scroll the transcript and read the context, then expand it again to answer. The question stays pending the whole time -- no Stop, no Skip.

Environment: Claude Code on Windows, Epitaxy desktop app.
