[BUG] re-install needed after close down.

What's Wrong?

Claude Desktop does not restart after closing. Two errors:

  1. 'Cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.' Path: C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Claude_1.8555.2.0_x64__pzs8sxrjxfjjc\app\Claude.exe

Relocating also does not work:

  1. 'Claude has not been moved. The operation failed. Please try again later. The error code is 0x80073cf6.'

Windows 11 Pro, Medion Erazer X7841 MD99881. Claude works after fresh install, fails after closing and restarting. Requires full reinstall every time. Pro subscriber."

What Should Happen?

to be albe to open Claude without a reinstall.

Error Messages/Logs

no Claude related logs found.

Steps to Reproduce

1; Install
2: open Claude (intiate, etc.)
3: close Claude
4: reopen = OK
5: close Claude
6: restart computer
7: open Claude = error 1.
