Preflight Checklist

  • [x] I have searched existing issues and this hasn't been reported yet
  • [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
  • [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code

What's Wrong?

When I open the left bar, it results covering the more left part of the dialogue panel

<img width="1440" height="900" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/6f0c1dec-6a08-49aa-a6ba-7ed5d61d2c49" />

. I can not even read the left part of the prompts I am writing. Reducing the left bar size does not help, enlarging the app size helps, but only partially. Only solution is to close the left bar.

What Should Happen?

The panels of the app should resize automatically, when the left bar is opened.

I tried, but it was solved partially. i fyou narrow the left panel uup to a certain point, it works. But, if you try to narrow the left panel more, it happens again. I attach
