[BUG] account ban without refund and review request response, don't buy max plan they ban you

What's Wrong?

i have enabled claude max plan for 100$ today via gift. but after 20 minutes, my account disabled and also i get suspected account mail but i didn't get refund mail and no money refunded.
please help me.

What Should Happen?

i should get refunded. i also send review request but after some hours no replies.
