[Bug] Model access lost without changes: claude-fable-5 unavailable on max plan

Bug Description
I don't have access to fable5 anymore, despite not changing anything after yesterday's trial and still having tokens on my max plan.
what is happening?

There's an issue with the selected model (claude-fable-5). It may not exist or you may not have access to it. Run /model to pick a different model.

(I'm on the latest CC version, and it worked yesterday).
