[BUG] Fable 5 shows "Currently unavailable" on Pro plan (Windows 11)

What's Wrong?

Fable 5 appears as "Currently unavailable" in the model selector despite having a Pro plan.

  • OS: Windows 11
  • Claude Code version: latest (just updated via npm update -g)
  • Plan: Pro
  • Other models (Opus 4.8, Sonnet 4.6, Haiku 4.5) work fine

What Should Happen?

Fable 5 appears as "Currently unavailable" in the model selector despite having a Pro plan.
