[Bug] Anthropic API Error: Unexpected model downgrade to Opus with content policy violation on legitimate infrastructure task

Question

**Bug Description**
I got knocked from fable down to opus and the message said it detected some sort of content or behavior in my otherwise very innocuous task, writing ansible scripts for creating Windows VMs in Qubes OS, which I do for a living
