But this is normal web development behavior. I am not doing anything particularly interesting. This is a false positive; something in your system is broken. Please fix it. It is annoying; I get these all the time, but I am always just doing web development or some other development thing. I am not sure what it thinks is against the rules, but I reviewed the acceptable use policy, and I cannot think of anything that I might have done that could have triggered this.
