[FEATURE] Antigravity Style Artifacts with Inline comments

Problem Statement

Whenever user ask something, Google Antigravity produces an artifact where user can do inline comments just like Google Docs.

This significantly improves the review process and elevates the whole conversation.

Proposed Solution

I'd like that user should be able to ask the claude to generate an artifact where user can comment.

Currently, there is plan document where this functionality is available but this isn't available for every research even before plan.
