[Feature Request] Add inline code review comments with iterative feedback loop

Question

**Description**
I would love having a way to make an actual code review after Claude Code generates code. In my mind, the best way to do it would be something like comment on line(s), just like the usual PR review, and at the end of the review submit all the comments to Claude, so that it can iterate on the code accordingly to my comments. This would create a feedback loop, that would greatly enhance a real engineer experience using the tool.
