[Bug] Umlauts replaced with ASCII characters in CLI responses

Question

**Bug Description**
Still regressed in v2.1.175. Umlauts replaced with ASCII in CLI responses: "fuehrt", "fuer", "Verfuegbarkeit", "braeuchte" instead of "führt", "für", "Verfügbarkeit", "bräuchte". Bug occurs constantly. GitHub #14131 / #32886.
