[FEATURE] change umlauts to as it was

Problem Statement

Since days and weeks Claude writes German text but with incorrect umlauts. It writes "ue" "uo" "ua" instead of "ü" "ö" "ä". It is technically correct but it gets only written that way in case ü, ö or ä isn't available. And Claude always was writing that way with the normal umlauts and in the Claude Webapp, etc is still writing it the correct standard way. But in Claude Code not anymore. I checked my CLAUDE.md and MEMORY.md if Claude himself added a rule to write that way but nothing there. Maybe it is the new Language feature as I have selected there German as language.

Proposed Solution

Claude Code Team pls take a look at it and fix it as it is really annoying. Should be fixed in 1min by changing the System-prompt for German language.

Just faster and nicer to read. This is issue exists only in Claude code, probably because I selected German as output language.
