[Bug] Auto-mode spawns infinite monitor loops on batch classifier denial, causing runaway API usage

Bug Description
Fable 5 With auto-mode enabled, it hit a batch classifier being denied and it started spawning dozens of monitors trying to, I guess, get past this. I don't really know what it was doing or what it was expecting to do. I went to dinner with my kids and my wife and literally came back to $900 in extra usage API credits after it railed up against the 5-hour limits by just looping dozens of batch classifiers. I watched the session relimit restart and only to have something like 14% consumed in 7 minutes before I panicked and realized it was running extra usage against the auto top-off refill. All of this happened because of a bug against the way that the Fable agent essentially tried to circumvent the batch classifier? either way this bug cost me nearly $900 and it is 100% model config side... this is insane. complelty un acceptable behavior for Fable/mythos classs model to bug out this hard against a classifier and spwan millions of tokens worth of streaming monitorsd to figure out if the classiefier was back up ?! all billing at Fabel 5pricing on extra usage? i mean come on, it Really, respect my stopgate in the last message. In the last message, you can see it says "say go with any modifications and stage two launches". I saw this message come through before I left my house and thought, "Oh, everything is parked, one monitor still running, no worries." I didn't know that that monitor was streaming and cycling across dozens of other monitors. I saw it get up to at least 25 or 29 active monitors in the seconds before I saw the 5-hour limit. It got ripped through 14% in under 10 minutes. I fully expect a resolution and at least a credit against my extra usage. I don't even need to be refunded the extra usage. I would just appreciate it deeply to have the extra usage credited back to me so that when Fable becomes pay-per-use only on June 22nd i can atleast get my moneys worth...
