[Bug] UltraReview failures consume credits without error reporting. Requesting credit refund.

Question

**Bug Description**
two ultrareviews failed and cost me two of my 3 free credits. I freshly upgraded to max20x earlier today. There is no indication of what is going wrong, the reviews just failed.
