[Bug] Fable 5 ignoring custom skills and instructions for scope control and agent orchestration
Bug Description
Fable 5 is ignoring skills and specific instrcutions in 2 ways that are extremely expensive and difficult to control. 1. Scope creep - asking it to review any materials is leading to scope creep of the requirements and intent and doing that in a workflow or loop has resulted in millions of token wastage along with loosing control of the project and not gaining time back. I have explicit instructions in my reviewing skills against scope creep and those are ignored by Fable 5 whereas Opus 4.8 was very good about following them. 2. It doesn't follow my agent orchestration skill that requires the main model to specify the model and to guage it by complexity type for any subagent task and workflows. Opus 4.8 was good about following it, and Fable 5 completely ignored it over and over resulting in running all sessions through Fable agents which caused me to hit limits on multiple accounts way faster than i should have. Between the two issues, I have wasted tokens and time excessively and not gotten anywhere with my projects.
