[Bug] Weekly usage counter resets ~2 days earlier than the scheduled reset time (Pro plan)

Description

The weekly usage counter reset approximately 2 days before the scheduled reset time, without any prior change in the displayed reset date/time.

Environment

• Plan: Claude Pro
• Platform: Claude.ai (web)

Steps to Reproduce / Timeline

1. Weekly reset is scheduled every Friday at 12:00 PM
2. On 2026-06-08 (Sunday), weekly usage was at ~55%
3. No usage between 2026-06-08 and 2026-06-11
4. On 2026-06-11 (Wednesday), weekly counter shows 0% — the displayed reset time still shows "(Fri) 12:00 PM", unchanged
5. Next scheduled reset should be 2026-06-13 (Friday), but the counter already reset ~2 days early

Expected Behavior

Weekly counter should reset on Friday at 12:00 PM as displayed.

Actual Behavior

Counter reset on Wednesday (~2 days early) with no prior warning or shift in the displayed reset time.

Notes

• Unlike issue #52498 (where the displayed reset time shifted backward before triggering), in this case the displayed reset time did NOT change — it still shows Friday 12:00 PM, but the counter reset anyway.
• This has occurred at least twice for this account under similar conditions (inactivity for a few days after heavy usage).
• Screenshot attached showing 0% usage with Friday reset time displayed.
