[Feature Request] Prevent model from attempting to decompile Claude Code binary

Bug Description
the model tried to decompible claude code binary which isn't nessesary for the task, so it made the task substantially "more dangerous" than it actually needs to be. The task itself is benign, but Claude turned it into cybersecurity.
