[Bug] CVP-enrolled repo flagged for security review despite receive-only RF tool compliance

Bug Description
Despite being enrolled in the CVP and asking for a review on a reveive only RF tool, the repo is consistently flagged for cyber security issues. There is no violative content in my codebase, it's not dual use, it's a perfectly reasonable receive only DSP.
