[BUG] CVP Rolled Back to “In Review” for 3rd time

What's Wrong?

My CVP, previously approved for various categories, has been rolled back to “In Review” for over 3 weeks for claude.ai account. Prior to the de-approval, the scope of my CVP was greatly reduced.

My API account CVP is showing approved status but with reduced scope/categories. I do not use API billing.

This is causing a complete work stoppage and is effectively forcing me and many others on my team to move to Codex.

What Should Happen?

The CVP should be reinstated for all categories.

Steps to Reproduce

Execute/enter anything into claude code. Claude refuses to execute anything at the Opus or Fable 5 model category- literally, anything. Mobile apps that have nothing to do with cyber, bash scripts for monitor switching with xrandr, anything is flagged.

Claude code 5 series models are effectively unusable.
