[BUG] in the CLI, the text box caret has started to flash at epilepsy speed

What's Wrong?

Since I updated from 2.1.161 the text cursor has started flashing at really high speed for no reason, its increadibly distracting.
I am running on Windows 11, using WezTerm, This was observed using 2.1.168

What Should Happen?

cursor should either flash at a much lower rate, or not at all.

Open WezTerm, type "claude" hit enter.
