[BUG] Claude Code v2.0.54 - long plugins menus are flickering and cannot be read! may trigger epilepsy

What's Wrong?

this has been reported a few times before. the content on the bottom. so the TUI jumps from bottom to top 10 times a seconds - not giving a chance to navigate

What Should Happen?

the plugins content should be readable and interactable.

no errors - just bad behaviour.

install long plugin list - event anthropic. try to use it.
