[BUG] Flickering screen when queued message is long

What's Wrong?

When the model is doing some work and there a long queued message in place the screen flickering and when scrolled it jumps up and down to irrelevant places

What Should Happen?

Should scroll normally and not flicker

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start a new session and let Claude Code do something
2. When output starts to scroll, enter a long queue message (like logs or something)
3. Try to scroll up or even try to copy the queued message
4. Screen flickering and scrolling goes insane
