[BUG] Claude Code app does not send image only upload over to Cloud Code local session

What's Wrong?

Sending a photo does nothing, the app just spins with the claude logo, but local machine gets nothing. It only uploads to the local machine if I also type some text it.

What Should Happen?

The image should upload with or without any accompany text.
