[Bug] Anthropic API Error: Usage Policy violation blocks entire session after single request

Bug Description
i am doing a normal coding session and all of a sudden i start getting this error message. API Error: Claude Code is unable to respond to this request, which appears to violate our Usage Policy (https://www.anthropic.com/legal/aup). Please double press esc to edit your last message or start a new session for Claude Code to assist with a different task. Request ID: req_011CbmDaxDZziHMvLPNtkaDt i cant understand how am i violating any policy, its not the first time happening, it has happened quite a few times now and once i get this message i cant continue the chat anymore, i need to start a new chat, even when i message hi i get the same violation error. looks like a bug to me.
