Make it possible to trigger /export every time I press /clear

I'd like to be able to programmatically export all my conversational history with Claude. The most ideal solution would be to enable this via hooks so that I can have the current conversation exported to a directory of my choosing when I press /clear. Failing that, it would also be great to have something similar to Google Takeout to pull out all of my conversations with Claude Code.

I'd like to be able to build on top of the Claude Code SDK, and I'd like to bootstrap my prompts based on my conversation history with Claude.
