[BUG] Claude desktop fails to launch after applyin an update

What's Wrong?
for a while now, everytime there is a new update for which we're asked to relaunch to apply, claude desktop fails to launch back and an error appears as the process is being used by another app
i tried everything , killed the process , looked for dependencies but still
ONLY REBOOT works , which is not convenient .
