[BUG] Claude doesn't launch even with new update.

• Claude CLI version: 1.0.81
• Operating System: macOS Sequoia version 15.5
• Terminal: Ghostty

Bug Description

Even though I update it with 'claude update' it doesn't allow me to run and says 'To update, please run: claude update'

Steps to Reproduce

1. claude update
2. claude run
3. gives error and doesn't launch

Expected Behavior

to work with 'claude' after update

Actual Behavior

says update again
