[BUG] Permission approval prompt disappears before any interaction

What's Wrong?

PyCharm plugin: permission approval prompt appears briefly and disappears before it can be clicked, forcing users to reject unintentionally.

What Should Happen?

I should have the chance to answer the prompt.

Error Messages/Logs

There is no real error but just the notification, that the permission was rejected.

Steps to Reproduce

Do something which leads to a question like this one:
