[Bug] Unexpected Terminal Exit During Claude Code Interaction

Bug Description
ClaudeCode keeps breaking out of the claude prompt window and entering into normal command prompt. This happens in visual studio code, pure command prompt, or powershell terminal window. Its been happening all day. Restarting works for a bit. Its been a hell of a day to be productive. :/

In the screenshot you can see '1' this is where you are supposed to talk to claude. I keep losing access to this window. The command prompt below shouldnt exist.
