Feature request: /usage and status bar should reflect live account billing, not local session data

Currently the monthly spend shown in the status bar (Mo: $X/$Y) and /usage command is tracked locally and only reflects CLI sessions on that machine. It does not match the actual billing total in console.anthropic.com.

Request: expose a way to query personal account spend via the CLI so the status bar and /usage reflect true monthly billing instead of a local approximation.
