What's Wrong?

Hello Anthropic Support,

I am experiencing issues with both account verification and Claude Code login.

My email address has been verified successfully, and I have also purchased a Claude subscription using my Visa card. However, I am unable to complete phone verification.

Phone number:
+998 97 222 07 19

When I try to verify my phone number, I receive the following message:

"Too many attempts. Wait a few minutes before trying again."

I have already waited and tried multiple times, but the problem still persists.

In addition, when I attempt to log in to Claude Code using my Claude subscription account, I receive the following error:

"Request failed with status code 400"

Since I have already completed payment with my Visa card and my email is verified, I would appreciate it if you could check whether there is any restriction or issue associated with my account or phone number.

Please help me complete the verification process and access Claude Code.

What Should Happen?

I should be able to verify my phone number successfully and log in to Claude Code using my active Claude subscription.
After entering my phone number, I expect to receive a verification code without any errors.
Once my account is verified, Claude Code should allow me to log in normally without displaying the error "Request failed with status code 400".

Error Messages/Logs

Phone verification error:

"Too many attempts. Wait a few minutes before trying again."

Claude Code login error:

"Request failed with status code 400"

Additional information:
- Email verification completed successfully.
- Claude subscription has been purchased using a Visa card.
- Phone number: +998 97 222 07 19
- Unable to complete phone verification and unable to log in to Claude Code.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to https://claude.ai and sign in with my email account.
  2. Verify the email address successfully.
  3. Enter my phone number: +998 97 222 07 19.
  4. Click "Send verification code".
  5. The system displays the message:

"Too many attempts. Wait a few minutes before trying again."

  1. Wait and try again later.
  2. The same error continues to appear and phone verification cannot be completed.
  3. Install and open Claude Code.
  4. Select the option to log in using a Claude subscription account.
  5. Complete the browser authentication flow.
  6. After returning to Claude Code, the login process fails with the error:

"Request failed with status code 400".

Expected result:

  • A verification code should be sent to the phone number.
  • Phone verification should complete successfully.
  • Claude Code should log in normally using the active Claude subscription.

Actual result:

  • Phone verification fails with "Too many attempts".
  • Claude Code login fails with "Request failed with status code 400".

I am located in Uzbekistan and have already verified my email address successfully.

I purchased an active Claude subscription using my Visa card before attempting to use Claude Code.

However, I am unable to complete phone verification for the phone number +998 97 222 07 19. The system repeatedly shows:

"Too many attempts. Wait a few minutes before trying again."

I have waited and retried multiple times, used different browsers, and restarted the login process, but the issue persists.

Additionally, when attempting to sign in to Claude Code using my Claude subscription account, the authentication process ends with:

"Request failed with status code 400"

Please check whether there are any restrictions, verification issues, or account-related problems affecting my phone number or subscription account.
