What's Wrong?

I _assume_ it is the latest version—it is just installed.
Scrolling back shows v2.1.185
I cannot use "doctor" because I am still in setup.
Cannot login because verification e-mail does not arrive.
Spam filter on the address has been turned off.
Two attempts with DuckDuckGo failed.
Went to Safari, and got

"Contact support" (as usual) goes to a page of links, none of which can be determined relevant from the visible text.

What Should Happen?

I should get an e-mail with a code to verify.
