[BUG] Opus 4.7 excess token usage in Windows - 7K tokens used 52%

What's Wrong?

I ran three simplest prompts and it hit 5 hr window in less than 5 minutes.
Settings: Windows Claude.exe
Version: .exe is the latest version
Model: Opus 4.7 / Medium

Three simple tasks were ran:
Git push the code (It was one simple cli) -> 35% consumption
Fix one small issue -> 7K token, 52% consumption
Git push the code (one cli) -> I hit the limit

Only Claude Code was getting used at the time.

What Should Happen?

I shouldn't have hit the 5 hour window.

Steps to Reproduce

SImple to reproduce.
Just ask to git push 15 line code changes, and it'll easily hit 30%.
