[BUG] Claude Code extension in VS Code is using more tokens than the CLI

What's Wrong?

I am on the Max 20x plan of Claude Code, but if I use the new VS Code extension, I run out of tokens very quickly... Claude AI usage limit reached|1759809600

However, the CLI usage doesn't cause this issue.

What Should Happen?

I should get a clear idea of why the tokens are expiring so quickly.
