What's Wrong?

the cowork VM startup failure (HYPERVISOR_VIRT_DISABLED) is showing as a thread-blocking modal rather than a dismissible notification, and it blocks Claude Code usage which doesn't depend on the VM at all.

What Should Happen?

Let me work without Hyper-V
