What's Wrong?

Cowork shows HYPERVISOR_SERVICE_ERROR on Windows 11 Pro. All Hyper-V features are enabled, vmms is running, bcdedit hypervisorlaunchtype is set to auto. Issue persists after multiple restarts.

What Should Happen?

It should let me use claude cowork

Steps to Reproduce

Install Claude Desktop (latest version) on Windows 11 Pro
Open Claude Desktop and navigate to the Cowork tab
Observe "Virtualization is not available" error
Restarting the computer does not resolve it

Attempted fixes (none resolved the issue):

Restarted computer multiple times
Ran Restart-Service vmms -Force and Restart-Service CoworkVMService -Force in PowerShell (Admin)
Ran Enable-WindowsOptionalFeature -Online -FeatureName Microsoft-Hyper-V -All
Ran DISM /Online /Enable-Feature /FeatureName:Microsoft-Hyper-V /All
Ran bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype auto
Restarted after each step
