[Feature Request] Improve "workflow" keyword bypass UX and documentation for meta key binding

Question

**Bug Description**
the meta+w keybind to ignore the workflow keyword is really poor. a meta key is very ambiguous on a mac, and none of cmd+w, ctrl+w, option+w, fn+w, or shift+w are letting me bypass when inside tmux.
