/loginand reauthenticate hope it helps! <3check if there is any issue with ur payment. I had the same problem. turns out my card had a problem renewing the subscription
/login isn't a command within Claude Code. Does it have to be through CLI?

Same issue here, with an additional serious detail: my Claude Console organization was scheduled for permanent deletion shortly after this error started (notice dated Jul 21, deadline Jul 28), which I never requested.

Reported to Anthropic support Jul 21 — almost 4 weeks ago now — with multiple follow-ups (Conversation IDs: 215475168835330, 215475254635414). Support acknowledged it as an org-level restriction and took my Organization ID, but access is still blocked and I've had no confirmation on the deletion status.
@bcherny — since you're tracking this, could someone confirm whether an org-deletion flag is a known cause here, or escalate my case specifically? This has been unresolved for nearly a month on a paid subscription.
I have the same issue.
I signed up for Claude Individual Pro plan and after logging out and back in Claude Code in the Desktop app is saying "Disabled by your Organization"
But I can use Claude Code CLI in PowerShell or WSL without an issue.
This error means your Claude organization has turned off subscription (claude.ai) sign-in for Claude Code. It is a server-side organization setting, so nothing in local settings or flags can override it.

OK I got mine working.
I was originally using a Team login from work before I purchased a personal account to keep stuff separate.
I had a registry policy applied in "HKLM:\SOFTWARE\Policies\Claude".
Removed these and everything is working
