Office 365 MCP connector: add send email capability (currently read-only)

Problem Statement

automated briefings that need to deliver via email and calendar updates are currently blocked because the connector only supports read operations and the Python/Graph workaround i developed is blocked in the Cowork sandbox. This so limites what can be automated for O365 usres. It is a very easy fix.

Proposed Solution

Make the O365 Connector read write capable......
