Problem Statement

Title: Claude in Chrome: Navigation blocked for app.fullstory.com
What happened: Navigation returns "Navigation to this domain is not allowed" even though the Chrome extension has "On all sites" access
Expected behavior: Should show approval prompt like other domains
Context: Used for session replay lookup during incident triage — legitimate business use case
Note: Other domains like helpdesk.partssource.com work fine — this appears to be a hardcoded blocklist entry specific to app.fullstory.com
