[BUG] Claude initiated failed shell tasks fail to disappear

What's Wrong?

Background task entries persist in the UI after processes have died, Stop buttons have no effect

What Should Happen?

Stale tasks should close by themselves or should close if I press the button. They don't stop or respond even after I press stop button and PID for them don't exist as that task was killed but it still appears in GUI as running
