User messages disappear from the conversation while Claude is processing/thinking.

## Steps to reproduce

1. Send a message to Claude
2. While Claude is thinking/processing the response
3. The user's message disappears from view

## Expected behavior

User messages should remain visible in the conversation at all times, including while Claude is thinking.

## Actual behavior

Messages disappear while Claude is thinking, then may reappear after the response is complete.
